WE'RE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS! - Our Squadron is always looking for a few good volunteers who would like to help out on occasion at various events that we host. For example, we plan to have a booth at the March Northern Illinois Boat Show. We also sponsor a variety of Squadron activities throughout the year that you might enjoy helping out at. Let us if you would like more information about being a volunteer at any of our upcoming events. We really appreciate your help. Thank you!

WSPS BYLAWS
Our Bylaws are a very important document. They describe many aspects of our Squadron, including our goals and objectives, our organizational structure, the duties and powers of our officers and committees, our election procedures and membership criteria. They also detail how we go about conducting our meetings, and also how we can amend them, among other things. Happy reading!		 MEETING MINUTES
Our Meeting Minutes provide you with a detailed record of each Executive Committee meeting. The committee meets on average once a month to conduct the business of our Squadron. All members are welcome to attend. We follow an agenda based on Robert's Rules of Order, meaning that ideas are presented. proposals are discussed, motions are made and then voted upon. It's very cool.		 MEMBERSHIP ROSTER
Our Membership Roster is a great resource for finding all kinds of detailed information about our fellow members, including such things as their names, phone numbers, addresses and email info. We try to update the membership roster on a regular basis. Therefore, we ask that you please let us know whenever your personal information changes. That would be a very big help to all of us. We really appreciate it.
